MK 1
A fun game. I was angry that I didn't know how to do anything. No zapping, no freezing, no ripping spines out, nothing. And the Game Boy port SUCKED!!!! I mean, a punch as a fatality? I want to say that the Game Boy port is the worst game ever, but then it would be competing with E.T. and you just can't compete with that. With all that aside, It was a pretty good game. (tee-hee) It had exploding heads!

Pretty good, better than first, very fun, and easy controls. New characters like Kung Lao, Jax, Baraka, Kitana, the list goes on. Great Graphics compared to MK1. Introduction of the babality (blech) and friendship (double blech) Awesome fatalities such as Kung Lao's Vertical Hat Slice and Liu Kang's Dragon Fatality.

Tons of fatalities, better graphics, but where's Scorpion? Is this Smoke guy some sort of replacement? I mean, UMK3 was good. Scorpion, Reptile, and more finally return! w00t! FINALLY!!! What happened? But the fatalities were all stupid. Some were good, but most were completely STUPID!!!!!!!!! This game is not half as good as others, but I LOVE Smoke's Armageddon Fatality.

MUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCH better than MK3. It is very fun, but the AI in the game was too tough with Motaro and Shao Kahn. Who's idea was it to make Motaro UNVUNRABLE TO PROJECTILES!?!?! Projectiles are how we win 'cuz we're winners with a capital $. Motaro iz EVIL!!!!!!!!!!! Go Reptile! WOO!

Mortal Kombat Trilogy had it all. Classic characters, new characters, the bosses as unlockables, MKT had it all. 'Nuff said.

OMG! Awesome game! Best ever! AWESOME!!!! Has every character EVER from MK1, MK2, MK3, UMK3, and MKT! I thought it was only a myth... But I was wrong. It is a mod chip. I'm sorry, but I do not know how to get my mitts on it. Probably on ebay. Happy Hunting. Good luck.

An excellent game. Awesome 3D graphics. New characters, but I'm still confused. I don't know if Shinnok is Shao Kahn's dad, Raiden's brother, or both. It put the seriousnessess back in the game! Just Fatalities and no sissy Friendships or Babalities! w00t!

A pretty good game, good graphics, Hara Kiris were awesome, So were Dairou's fatalities. I liked the game, but when I tried to buy the special edition, all I got was the bonus disc. That means a video and MK1 instead of Deception with Chess Kombat and Puzzle Kombat. Bummer!

UMK
The first MK for the DS. Wait a minute, it doesn't use the stylus!!! Oh well, it was still good. It's really handy if you want some MK on the go. They also have a super spiffy moveslist shown on the top screen (shown below)! And for those who aren't in the mood for bashing the heads of evil guys, they can bash the BIG heads of evil guys in Puzzle Kombat. I think one of the older MKs and one of the minigames is a good combo, unlike orange juice and toothpaste. UUUUUGGGGHHH!! Just the thought of it turns my stomach! Nasty!

So, I traded in the Bonus Disc for this.
A pretty good game, I guess...
There was no fatalities, except for the Kreate a fatality thing. There was Motor Kombat, that was ok. There was the Kreate a Fighter, which was AWESOME!!! It was altogether a pretty good game.
Now I miss the Bonus Disc... *sniffle*
